Ethos Preservation has been wonderful to work with. We first reached out to Ethos to develop Residential Design Guidelines for the City of Thomson’s locally designated historic district. We quickly found out that they were easy to work with, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Since our first project, we have also contracted with their firm to develop a Master Plan for the revolutionary era Rock House, nomination to expand our National Register listed commercial historic district, and other grant writing projects. I would definitely recommend consulting with their firm for any historic preservation project!
